So today I went and did Laps For Charity out at the speedway.
I have 3 GoPros and I ensured to charge them all last night. I have a Hero, a Hero 2 with a bum mic, and a Hero 3 Black.
The battery on the Hero 2 will no longer hold a charge (discovered that this morning). So I mounted the Hero to the side of the car.
Then, I go to get my Hero 3. I cant find the housing. they changed the style so it does not fit in the old housings, and I only have 1 H3 housing, and its MIA. So my buddies daughter volunteered to hold it (but the video came out a bit choppy).
Down to just the Hero. We are in the staging area, they tell us were next, so I fire up the Hero, at least I will have a 720p video of my laps. As we are about to pull onto the track, I hear beep beep beep beep beep, look at my GoPro, its off, wont turn back on, swap the battery quick, nothing.
So I only got this picture of the group after we were done. No awesome videos of the 360 making 360 noises at WOT on LVMS.
sad.
